- What is the return policy?
We have a 30 day, no questions asked return policy. Whether the item was dysfunctional or you just would like a different item, just send us an email at email@example.com and we will get everything taken care of!
- What are the shipping options?
We currently only offer standard shipping. If you would like a faster delivery, please contact us and we can arrange for a speedy delivery. We are available to respond to inquiries every day from 9am - 10pm eastern time.
- What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
We collect sales tax from all 50 US states. If you are purchasing internationally just make sure the item is legal to pass through the receiving country's customs.
- When will I receive my order?
Most packages deliver within 3-5 days. You will receive tracking information upon purchasing. If you are having trouble tracking please contact us.
- What do I do if I never received my order?
If you do not receive your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve the situation as soon as possible.
- What do I do if I received a defective order?
If the product is defective, please contact us. We will issue a refund upon receiving the returned product.
- How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
If you need to make any changes after purchasing please call or email as soon as possible and we will make the necessary changes.
- Where are you located?
We are located in Northern Kentucky! Just across the river from Cincinnati. Hence the name Nky Gear!
- Are the products name brand or copies?
We only carry high quality name brand products. None of that cheap stuff from China!
